Public charging is thin on the ground once you are out in the Forest, so charging at home is the whole point of owning an electric car here. It is also cheaper and kinder to the battery. The difference between a good installation and a poor one is everything you cannot see: the dedicated circuit, the earthing arrangement and the protection behind it.
We survey your supply first, recommend a charger to suit your car and budget, then install it with the cable runs hidden or neatly contained. Everything is tested, certified and registered. You plug in each evening and wake up to a full battery.

How much does a home car charger cost to install?
A 7kW home charger fitted is typically about £800 to £1,200 in the UK, including the unit. A long cable run to parking round the back, or a fuse box that needs upgrading first, will add to that. We survey before quoting so the fixed written price covers it all.
Which car chargers do you install?
Proven, well supported brands rather than whatever is cheapest that week. Tell us your car and how you like to charge and we will recommend the right unit, usually a 7kW smart charger.
Can my house supply handle a 7kW charger?
Most can, but we always check your incoming supply and fuse box first as part of a free survey. If anything needs upgrading you will know up front, in one clear fixed price.
Can I charge on a cheaper overnight tariff?
Yes. We set the charger up with its app so it charges automatically in your cheap rate window. That is where the real running cost saving comes from.
